Join Dance Instructor and Pilates Guru Laura DiStefano in this Pilates based conditioning class not to be missed!
Designed with the Dancer in mind, this challenging class will build core strength, muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Open to all, no previous dance experience required.
Students will be asked to bring their own yoga mat. In-person class registration will be restricted to allow for safe socially distancing.
