Join Dance Instructor and Pilates Guru Laura DiStefano in this Pilates based conditioning class not to be missed!
Designed with the Dancer in mind, this challenging class will build core strength, muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Open to all, no previous dance experience required.
Participants will want to wear comfortable clothing to move in. The class will be a combination of standing and Mat work. A Yoga Mat is recommended but not required.
