Dance to upbeat Latin and Pop Music! Learn basic dance steps, while sweating to upbeat and inspirational music!
Each class will end with a gentle stretch and mindfulness exercise to support connection to breath.
No previous dance experience required! Dancers are encouraged to wear comfortable athletic wear they can easily move in.
